• Tryouts 

Everyone must attend all try-out sessions & all try-out sessions are closed to everyone except players and coaches

These will take place at Venturoso Park (located at 32^nd St. & Acoma) on the following dates – 

• Mon., Nov. 10 @ 4:00-5:30 pm
• Thurs., Nov. 13 @ 4:00:5-30 pm 

• Weekly practices – Practices will start the week of Monday, Nov. 17 
  • Location
    • Generally speaking, practices will take place on the NPX field
    • Some practices may be at Venturoso Park
  • Day and Times
    • These are TBD. 
    • We are very sorry that we cannot give precise dates due to needing to see just how many boys and girls teams are actually formed. 
    • The tentative, no promises being made schedule is every Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday @ 3:45-5:15 pm

• Team Formation
  • Teams will be announced via email on the weekend of Nov. 15 
• We will do our best to keep everyone who comes out on the team. We will start with one team and then form additional teams as registration demands. If we have too many players to have only one team and at the same time too few players to form an additional team no additional team will be formed, and a rotating game roster will be used.

• Game schedules are TBD and will mainly be played during the week; but some games may be played on Saturdays.

General Info

Who may participate? 

• 6^th-8^th graders may compete in all sports. 
• 5th graders are only eligible to join tennis

Registration Info

• Please disregard the Brainbook, Opioid, & Hazing Course requirement. It is only for high schoolers.
• Please note that all steps of the registration process are to be done electronically. No hard copies of any forms will be accepted. 

• All participants must be fully registered, including completed physical, in order to participate. 
  • For quick, affordable, and reliable physicals please go to any Banner Urgent Care. They are the Urgent Care Partner for the AIA. You can schedule an appointment online at a location near you using the following link –

• Registration deadline is at 6 pm on Thursday, November 6th. This will be strictly enforced. All registrations received after 6 pm on Thursday, November 6 will not be processed until the evening of Monday, November 10 making the participant ineligible to participate on Monday, November 10.

Payment Info 

• Please note that payment alone does not constitute registration. If you only go online and pay and do not complete the above-mentioned registration process, your child will not be eligible to participate until the registration has been fully completed.
• Payment is done at https://northphoenixprep.configio.com/   
• The fees for middle school sports are $275.
• All payments will be due on or before Friday, November 21.  
• Failure to pay on or before Friday, November 21 will result in a participant being ineligible to participate until payment is received.
