  • There are no tryouts for high school tennis.
  • Everyone who comes out will make the team.
• Practices – Practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00-5:30.  
• Matches –
  • There will be no formal matches as our high school tennis program has not yet been large enough to officially register as an AIA (the Arizona sports governing body) sport.
  • We are hoping this will be a precursor to having enough to officially register as a team with the AIA.
  • All matches will be intra-squad matches.

9th-12th graders may compete in all sports.

Registration Info

• BEFORE going to the registration website, please go to and carefully read the below given link that applies to you as much has changed from last year –

• Registration helps for families who did not participate last year or in Fall or Winter sports this year – NEW FAMILIES
• Registration helps for families who did participate last year – RETURNING FAMILIES

• The NPX Athletic website is https://greatheartsnorthphoenixathletics.org/

• Go there and click on the blue box entitled “Online Registration” which is on the right-hand side in order to register.
• Please note the Brainbook and Opioid Course requirement. It only needs to be done once for all four years of high school. The courses are both found at the following link: https://academy.azpreps365.com/

• Please note that all steps of the registration process are to be done electronically. No hard copies of any forms will be accepted.
• All participants must be fully registered, including completed physical, and fully paid in order to participate.
  • For quick, affordable, and reliable physicals please go to any NextCare – Urgent Care. They are the AIA sponsor for Sports Physicals. You can schedule an appointment online at a location near you and the cost only $25. The website is https://nextcare.com/.

Payment Info

• Please note that payment alone does not constitute registration. If you only go online and pay and do not complete the above-mentioned registration process, your child will not be eligible to participate until the registration has been fully completed.
• Payment is done at www.northphoenixprep.configio.com  
• The fees for high school sports are $275.
• The payment portal is now open.
  • All payments are due on or before Friday, February 16.
  • Failure to pay on or before Friday, February 16 will result in a participant being ineligible to participate until payment is received.
